After many long discussions about our theme, thinking about it, brainstorming ideas and making a few sketches, our team of superheroes came up with an exciting idea for our journal. This year, the journal would be presented in the form of a newspaper reporting on the journeys and adventures our heroes embark on.

No one knows what kind of things the heroes will be up to next, and after all, no band of superheroes is ever without media coverage. In Vex City, every design moment of our ECS superheroes is covered scrupulously by our local bilingual newspaper known as “The HeroECS Times”. We would format it as if it was a real newspaper so that everyone can open it up and inform themselves on all the adventures of the students by day and heroes by night who work under the roof of Miss Edgar’s and Miss Cramps School.

How would any superhero be complete without their own comic? We realized that it would be beneficial to most sections (movie, kiosk, etc.)
